What exactly is a Wellness Coach?
With so many things going on in many people’s lives, a wellness coach has not only become a real profession but something that many people truly need. Simply put, a wellness coach helps someone set goals in their lives for being healthy both physically and mentally. This ranges between what to eat, ways to exercise, things to read and watch and activities to do to better help one’s state of mind. Much of this is also goal oriented—a good wellness coach will sit down with each of their clients and list out what they want to achieve over a certain amount of time, making them work on a daily basis to achieve these goals. Then, each week, the wellness coach will sit back down with the client and see how everything has been going in pursuit of those goals. While a wellness coach can advise and encourage, it’s still up to the client to do the work.
